Ruslan Agalarov: “We need points. And I rely on the lads”

Руслан Агаларов: «Нам нужны очки. И я надеюсь на ребят»

Anji acting head coach explained what responsibilities he bears:

-    I`m responsible for the team`s training for the Kuban fixture, - Ruslan Aglarov says.

-    FC Anji official statement reads, that you will coach the team for the upcoming matches. Does it mean, that you`ll be in Anji team`s control after the Kuban game?

-    This question should be put to me, I can answer it. I execute my duties and prepare the team for the Kuban match. What will happen next? IU can`t even know what will happen in ten minutes.

-    Last season you took charge of Anji – in the away match vs Sakhalin. How well are you familiar with the current situation on the team?

-    It`s two different situations. When we left for Sakhalin, 1 FNL almost finished, we only had to show decent play. Now we need points. And I rely on the lads.

- Are you worried?

-    I worry prior to each game, even youth league game. But it doesn`t disturb me – I concentrate on the job only.

-    Who will take the charge of the youth team?

-    Mikhail Markarov. He`ll assist me on the main team as well.

-    Will you have a preliminary conversation with Anji coaching staff, the players?

-    I`m acquainted with Anji coaches, we`ll decide all together what to do. I think, there is no need to make loud statements at this stage.

It`s to be added, that Ruslan Agabekovich will be assisted by senior coach Yuri Baturenko, coach Arsen Akaev, goalkeeper coach Zaur Khapov and coach-sports rehabilitation specialist Maxim Adamovich.
