Ruslan Agalarov: “We failed the game”

Ruslan Agalarov: “We failed the game”
Anji head coach Ruslan Agalarov:
- We failed the game. Following the league`s resumption we let in early goals. There is a psychological aspect: confidence is gone, when you`re losing 0-1 by the 5th minute. The lads from Anji-youth demonstrated not a bad game in the clash vs Spartak-Y. Perhaps, there is a point of fielding them in the starting XI, isn`t there?
A big group of youngsters trained with the main team at camp. But not all at the same time.
Two-three footballers continue training with the main string, they`re registered for the game as reserves. Nonetheless, some youngsters need time to improve.
- Anji in the first half didn`t seem worse, than Spartak even after the two conceded goals, the outcome of the first half was mostly decided by the goalkeeper`s mistakes.
- Let`s not blame anyone. We must analyze the game in detail, then find those, who are guilty. Though, we first need to find a player able to correct his teammate`s mistake. All of us do mistakes.
