Khadzhimurad Khizroev: "The best way to relax at training camp - sleep"

FC Anji doctor Khadzhimurad Khizroev gave his comments on the progress of training camp in Dubai.
- Khadzhimurad, the first question for the representative of the medical staff is obvious: how do the players feel?
- Touching wood I`ll say everything is fine so far. There are no traumas or serious injuries in the team.
- How easy are the workloads for the players?
- The training process in that sense is well thought out. It also includes running exercises which are not the players` favorites but all this is vanished in the practice. The player feels tired after the workout but this is normal. There are no complains like “I can`t stand it anymore!”. The work with a ball during the training session allows the footballers to accept adequately the very fact of serious workload.
People say you witnessed an interesting phenomenon of nature – sandstorm?
- Yes, it still was lasting on the first stay of our arrival. There was a sand haze in the air, the sun was partially covered with that fog. It explains the air temperature which is chilly enough for these sites. But soon everything stabilized: now it`s sunny, warm and even a bit hot when a day is in its prime.
- What general impression does Dubai make?
- I like it very much here. Perfect combination of Islamic flavor and modern updates. Numerous attractive mosques and minarets are scattered all over the city, muezzins call for each prayer, beautiful modulations – distinct feeling of residence in the Muslim country. All this goes along with modern buildings, excellent roads, highly-developed technology. I don’t oppose these things one to anoter, on the contrary it`s great that the religious faith and scientific knowledge complement each other in harmony. In fact all this was built in a desert. It`s not just me but all other guests of this country who mark the local beauty.
- And how do our players rest?
- You know in the regime of training camp with its considerable workloads the best way to relax is sleep. Especially when there are two practices scheduled for the day, so every minute was planned ahead. Breakfast, practice, lunch, afternoon rest, another practice, dinner and time to sleep comes… We arrived here to work and prepare for the resumption of the championship, not in the tourist`s interests.
