Disciplinary action is applied in accordance with the provisions of RF Labour Code and the provisions of the labour agreement concluded between the player and the club.
It`s to be recalled, that Leonardo da Silva de Sousa got involved into a car accident in the end of 2015 in Brazil, he was prosecuted and had to miss the January camp of Anji in Abu-Dhabi. However, the player wasn`t prevented from joining Anji at the second camp of the club in Marbella, that started on 31 January 2016.
Nonetheless, the Brazilian footballer didn`t come to the team`s disposal without reasonable excuse. For the time being the footballer is absent from the club`s third camp in Marbella and from the primary place of employment stipulated in the labour agreement (city of Makhachkala).
Criminal liabilities attached to Leonardo for several times: in the period from July to November 2015 his bonus payment was reduced for several times, disciplinary penalty in the form of remark was imposed.
Football club Anji made decision to dismiss the footballer for repeated non-fulfillment of labour duties with no reasonable excuses and single worse breach of them, that took the form of truancy (absence from the workplace for more than 4 consecutive hours during a workday in January-February 2016. Disciplinary action in the form of dismissal in accordance with Cl.5) and 6) of P.1 Art.81 and Cl.3) P.1 Art.192 of RF Labour Code and with Cl.10.2 and 11.2 of the labour agreement concluded with the footballer and the club.
Labour agreement between footballer Leonardo da Silva de Sousa and the club is terminated.
